Fun with Exercise

At SSAC, we help the kiddos learn about the value of exercise through yoga on a weekly basis. Our centers offer professional guidance for each child to learn the basic practices and benefits of yoga in a fun and exciting environment.   Through yoga, each child will have a healthier body and mind.  It’s another tool in their tool belt to help in all aspects of their young lives!

Weekly Classes

Yoga classes are offered once a week at the Norwell and Quincy centers.  Each class is taught in our gross motor skills room by a professional yoga instructor.

Yoga has been shown to:

– Enhance focus, concentration comprehension and memory

– Improve physical fitness

– Provide opportunities for reflection, patience and supports social and emotional learning.
