Meet the team at SSAC

Erin McLoughlin, Ph.D., BCBA-D
Executive Director
Erin attended Boston College where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Severe Special Needs Education, Elementary Education and Child in Society, as well as a Master's of Education in Severe Special Needs Education. She earned her doctorate in Applied Behavior Analysis at Simmons College, with a focus on peer-mediated strategies to improve outcomes for young children with autism. Erin has more than fifteen years' experience in inclusive education, special education, public school behavioral consultation, private ABA services and graduate instruction in ABA. She lives on the South Shore with her husband and five children.

Siobhan Roche, B.A.
Behavior Therapist
Siobhan holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Wisconsin and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Behavior Analysis from Simmons College. Siobhan's career has been directed by her passion for education and her desire to help others. Before joining the team at SSAC, Siobhan was an assistant preschool teacher and elementary substitute teacher. Prior to that, she assisted teachers of Asian languages with curriculum selection at an educational publishing company. Additionally, Siobhan worked to further educational initiatives for a U.S. Congressman. Her areas of expertise are in early childhood and elementary education. Siobhan’s area of interest in ABA is the use of pivotal response training to improve social skills.

Kathy Galvin, B.A.
Operations Manager
Kathy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Health and Society, with a minor in Health Psychology, from the University of Rochester, NY.  Her work experience includes several years in sales, and university administration at both Harvard School of Public Health and Harvard Medical School.  Kathy also has more than ten years' experience in child care. She lives on the South Shore with her husband and four children.

Heather Whiting, M.S., BCBA, LABA
BCBA Case Supervisor
Heather graduated from the University of Massachusetts--Amherst in 2010 with a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Therapeutic Human Services. She then earned her Master's of Science degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at Northeastern University. She has completed all requirements for becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Heather has many years of experience working with children with autism. She has served as the lead classroom ABA Therapist at a private school for children with autism ranging in ages from 3-12. Heather also has provided private ABA services for with young children with autism, in home, pre-school and center-based environments. In her free time, Heather loves spending time outside, running, snowboarding or relaxing at the beach with her husband and their children.

Alli graduated from Bridgewater State College with a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology. She has worked with children for the last twenty years either in their home or in a school setting. She is interested in continuing her education in the ABA field.
